Kingdra

Kingdra is a unique Water/Dragon-type Pokémon first introduced in Generation 2, possessing a base stat total of 540. This distinctive typing grants it only two weaknesses: Dragon and Fairy. It also boasts resistances to several common offensive types, including a quadruple resistance to Fire and Water. With balanced offensive stats of 95 in both Attack and Special Attack, Kingdra can function as a versatile mixed attacker. Its Swift Swim ability doubles its Speed in the rain, making it a premier threat on rain-based teams. However, without rain support, Kingdra's average Speed and offensive stats can leave it outclassed by other Dragon-types.
