Brussels, Belgium
Brussels serves as a significant gateway to Belgium's extensive beer culture, which has been recognized by UNESCO. The city is particularly known for its lambic and gueuze beers, primarily from the Senne valley. Cantillon Brewery, a traditional family brewery founded in 1900 in Anderlecht, Brussels, is the last craft brewery in the Belgian capital to produce traditional lambic using spontaneous fermentation methods. Cantillon offers year-round tours, allowing visitors to experience its operational brewery, which also functions as the Brussels Gueuze Museum, founded in 1978.
