Xiaomeisha Beach Resort (小梅沙海滨旅游区)

Xiaomeisha Beach is one of Shenzhen's best-known ocean beach resorts, a clean crescent of sand long popular with families for swimming and water sports, with the Xiaomeisha Sea World oceanarium as part of the same resort area. The resort closed in 2021 for a full redevelopment, so check current opening hours, facilities and ticket prices before you go. Xiaomeisha has its own stop on Shenzhen Metro Line 8, and it's best on weekdays, before the weekend crowds arrive.
