Berlin International Film Festival (Berlinale)
The Berlinale’s Golden Bear remains one of cinema’s most politically charged honors, drawing filmmakers who dare to challenge power and convention. This breadth of discovery often surpasses Cannes' Directors' Fortnight in unearthing bold new voices, while its 300,000 public ticket sales nearly double Telluride’s intimate attendance of 8,000.
