AFC Ajax
AFC Ajax sets the gold standard in Dutch football with a record 36 Eredivisie titles and four European Cup/Champions League trophies (1971, 1972, 1973, 1995) — both all-time highs for any club in the Netherlands. Its Total Football philosophy, developed under Rinus Michels in the late 1960s and 1970s, produced legends like Johan Cruyff and Marco van Basten, and the club's academy, De Toekomst, remains one of the most productive talent pipelines in European football.
